The next release should use kernel 4.14 only, it is ok to add support
for kernel 4.19 in addition to 4.14 to master, but the default should
stay at 4.14 for now.

Did you refresh the patches:
	make target/linux/{clean,refresh} V=99
and the configuration
	make kernel_oldconfig CONFIG_TARGET=target
