[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH] fstools: guard usage of WEXITSTATUS

According to man page, using WEXITSTATUS should be guarded by a check
of WIFEXITED, so add this check.
While at, also print an error message in case fsck was terminated
by a signal.
