[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH 01/??] [tools] make-ext4fs glibc >= 2.23 compat

[Weedy]

With the update to glibc 2.23, sys/types.h doesn't inherit
sys/sysmacros.h anymore. We need to include it manually.

This is a test for my mail client.
