snapshots mvebu/cortexa9 possible regression in initramfs boot after acd8e94d20

I'm running a r21989+2-5155200f97 build on a Turris Omnia with Kernel 
5.15.91 (custom changes not kernel related), upgraded from a 5.15.86 
build without issues.

My device is running latest U-Boot 2023.01, hardware is dual MT7915 and 
EP06-E modem with corresponding kernel modules built-in.
