[PATCH] mpc85xx: Add testing linux v5.15 support

I've checked this, it builds fine for p1010, but unfortunately it doesn't
compile for remaining subtargets, due to kernel config symbol issues:

 * p1020: Queued spinlocks (PPC_QUEUED_SPINLOCKS) [N/y/?] (NEW)
 * p2020: Queued spinlocks (PPC_QUEUED_SPINLOCKS) [N/y/?] (NEW)

if you're going to address this in v2, please split the kernel bump into two
commits, where 1st commit is going to copy over 5.10 config/patches to 5.15
place[1,2] and 2nd commit is going to add 5.15 modifications on top of that.
