Integration of DPDK with OpenWRT

Hi Maintainers,

We are working on DPDK with the OpenWRT build system. As of now
OpenWRT doesn't have DPDK support enabled. Kindly let us know the
procedure to integrate DPDK to OpenWRT master branch.
