OpenWrt 21.02.0 Fourth release candidate

Congratulations on RC4. I'm getting excited.

The release notes (below) have some steps for upgrading to 21.02. Is there any information in https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/dsa/upgrading-to-2102 that should be incorporated there?
