[PATCH 2/5] ath25: add kernel 5.4 support

Copy and refresh patches and config from 4.14. The only couple of fixes
required to make kernel buildable:
* rework ethernet supported link modes to linkmode bitmask;
* drop erase callback invocation from AR2315 MTD driver.
