[OpenWrt-Devel] lib openssl not compiling

The current version has switched from 1.1.1d to 1.1.1e (PKG_BUGFIX).
So we should switch to 1.1.1e, but then patches won't apply or we add

> http://ftp.fi.muni.cz/pub/openssl/source/old/$(PKG_BASE)/ \
to the beginning of PKG_SOURCE_URL.

Currently, the package is **NOT** contained in:
> https://www.openssl.org/source/old/1.1.1/
So the Makefile won't build.
