could you split this one big commit into smaller bits, take a look at the
malta 5.4[1] for example.
While at it, try to build test this locally with the same configuration as
buildbot[2], it would fail[3]:
Package kmod-hwmon-sch5627 is missing dependencies for the following
libraries:
watchdog.ko
To fix it, you probably need to add `CONFIG_WATCHDOG_CORE=y` kernel config
symbol, see malta fix[4].
