[PATCH] bcm47xx: fix switch setup for Linksys WRT610N v2

WRT610N V2 is not detected by the initial network configuration script.
The switch remains unconfigured and wlan/lan vlans are not created.

This adds the correct setup for the device.

This is built based on the bug report, where it was tested with
manually editing the file (on 18.06!).
I didn't test at all.
