[PATCH] toolchain: binutils: Fix typo in patch for MIPS64

There was a typo in the patch which breaks compiling binutils on
MIPS63EL.
make[7]: *** No rule to make target 'elf64ltsmip.o', needed by 'ld-new'.  Stop.
