[OpenWrt-Devel] Extending iwinfo to set interface to monitor mode

Great idea, but that needs to happen upstream.
As far as I know iwinfo is only used for the hardware gains
and ubus stuff in OpenWrt. It would be nice if it could be replaced
by iw completely.
