[OpenWrt-Devel] [RFC]merge routing repository to packages

Thanks for the heads up!

I'm fine with whatever you others decide on. I've removed my own commit
rights at some point because I'm generally not very involved with
OpenWrt anymore. I might have forgotten maintainership on a package or
two apparantly :)

@wfleurant took over maintainership at least for cjdns.
