Are these CAN bus settings really needed inside the kernel binary? I
would prefer to build this as a module and build it with a kmod package
from target/linux/at91/modules.mk.

Please do not change the CGROUPS settings from the OpenWrt default.

Please remove the =m config options, you need a extra kmod to pack them
any way. There are multiple option now selected as =m, please remove
these configuration options from this file.
