[OpenWrt-Devel] Move rrdns to rpcd?

because its a rpcd plugin provided by LuCI, hosted in the LuCI repo and
used by LuCI.

Should be doable.

That makes no sense as the rrdns plugin sources are not part of the rpcd
repo.
