[OpenWrt-Devel] Fix broken crypto ops on TP-Link TL-WDR4900 18.06-RC1

I hit unexplained errors when trying to use macsec on a TL-WDR4900v1 with
18.06-RC1, which I tracked down to an incorrect device tree definition for HW
crypto acceleration which is missing on the TC-WDR4900v1.  The following patch
removes the incorrect device tree node.
