[OpenWrt-Devel] MIPS stack security and other problems

Going back to my ancient cerowrt box, the stack space is actively being
relocated on this version, but marked executable...

but there doesn't appear to be a vfp area on this ancient version of
openwrt.

... so it it appears to me that the paper is correct - two mips
"bugfixes" arrived at almost exactly the same time. The first, fixed
executable stacks and heaps, which already did ASLR, the second added an
executable vfpu area in a fixed location. Sigh.
