[OpenWrt-Devel] SHA256 hashes for packages

Hi Heinrich,

LEDE recently introduced PKG_HASH which accepts both SHA256 and MD5
sums, so in doubt simply declare both PKG_MD5SUM holding an md5 sum and
PKG_HASH holding the sha256 equivalent.
