[OpenWrt-Devel] /usr/bin/ip missing in 15.05.1

have a look at 15.05's feeds.conf.example for the correct feed lines:
http://git.openwrt.org/?p=15.05/openwrt.git;a=blob;f=feeds.conf.default;h=8e1490150d82ba944388d96d8a25d6233c393698;hb=HEAD

example:
src-git packages https://github.com/openwrt/packages.git;for-15.05
