with r48235 i just built 2 images, one fat:
5.050.368 openwrt-brcm47xx-legacy-asus-wl-500gp-v1-squashfs.trx

and one smaller with some thing disabled:
3.346.432 openwrt-brcm47xx-legacy-squashfs.trx

both are working...
