[OpenWrt-Devel] erro compiling 'master' with musl

this was introduced with 9e95a76e
execinfo.h is a GNU specific header, and doesn't exist under musl.

as far as i read we should replace the 

#ifdef __linux__
with
#ifdef __GLIBC__
