There are in fact multiple such umbrella orgs available; the first
few that leap to mind are:

	* Software in the Public Interest <http://spi-inc.org/>
	* Apache Software Foundation <http://apache.org/>
	* Free Software Foundation <https://fsf.org/>

I'm sure there are others that I'm missing, but I'd guess
at least one of those would be a reasonable partner org.
