[OpenWrt-Devel] [PATCH] add pkgconfig information for popt library

I meant to mention that, as well as being A Good Thing in general, this would make is possible for me to bring shairport-sync (https://github.com/mikebrady/shairport-sync) over to OpenWrt without having to patch its configuration file.
