[OpenWrt-Devel] Two fixes for dante

This fixes to sources of build failures with dante when using musl.

The first is to eliminate a dirty hack that dante uses for rather
questionable (seems like "I'm smarter than libc implementors" 
syndrome) reasons.  This hasn't been tested in actual use because
I don't actual dante, I just use CONFIG_ALL and want my builds to
succeed without specifically disabling Dante and forgetting to 
mention this issue on the list.

The second is to because Dante has printf's that trigger errors
with the now default error on check-format-security violation policy.
