[OpenWrt-Devel] 4g NCM modem huawei e3276

Hi,

my version of the scripts is based on Oskari patches and fixes a lot of
the "not perfect" stuff

however i am sure it wont work out of the box as i blindly reworked
large parts of the code.

i can send it back to you in finland when i am done testing.
